Mwela Art Rocks

The Mwela Art Rocks are located in Kasama, it is composed of historical and archaeological paintings which were made by the Batwa who were carried out by the Stone Age Inhabitants. The site has a large concentration of rock paintings in Southern Africa.

The designs are in their original form and contain illustrative styles which are well over 10,000 years old. The paintings comprise displays of hunting and lifestyles of the stone age inhabitants.
